Felina is set in a former iconic bank space, where architectural elements, reclaimed materials and modern touches highlight both the award-winning restaurant and luxurious ballroom. Appropriate for an intimate dining experience, hosting a lifetime milestone event or a corporate meeting.

Inspired by the rich culinary tradition and culture of Italy, while be sensitive to locally grown and foraged ingredients, Felina’s culinary ethos translates to menus highlighting seasonality and sustainability, while focusing on technique to curate a memorable visit. Our beverage programming is geared to reflect small producers from around the world who share our core values.


Executive Chef Flavia Amaral

From Brazilian and Spanish descent, Flavia Amaral began cooking at a young age on her family farm in Spain. Learning from her grandparents, she became skilled in creating dishes from scratch, utilizing every ingredient to its fullest.

From a young age Flavia realized cooking was her passion and she dedicated herself to honoring her craft by working with some of the top chefs in the world. Her time was originally spent between Spain and New York, under the guidance of iconic chefs such as Alain Ducasse, Daniel Boulud, Joseph Realmuto, Tom Colicchio, Éric Ripert, Alex Atala and Marcus Samuelsson. Her exposure from farm to city is evident in her cuisine, as you experience combined cultures, playing into familiar flavors and honoring traditions in a contemporary way. Most recently, Chef Flavia headed up Scarpetta restaurant in Montauk for the LDV Hospitality Group and BLT.

The Felina concept of beautifully presented, delicious and rustic Italian cuisine is part of my core and it's an honor to now lead the culinary team.  I look forward to welcoming the community to enjoy our warm and hospitable service, expanded menu and exciting new programs such as Mommy and Me cooking classes, wine dinners and cocktail classes to name a few.  I am delighted to be a part of the planning process for all of our larger special events.  Working hand in hand with couples planning their wedding, corporate celebrations or smaller social events is an exciting part of this new position and one I take very seriously.
